Festival of Faith & Writing Announces 2016 Lineup, New Director
The 2016 Festival of Faith & Writing, held on the Calvin College campus in Grand Rapids, MI from April 14-16, will feature over 70 writers including Sally Vickers, Lorene Cary, MT Anderson, Christian Wiman, and Nadia Bolz-Weber.
Entering its 25th year, the biennial literary festival attracts close to 2,000 avid readers and features lectures, workshops, readings, concerts, and plays that explore and celebrate religious expression in literature. For a full list of speakers, visit the festival website.
The newly appointed festival administrative director, Lisa Ann Cockrel, will also be introduced during the event. She joined the festival over the summer after a 15-year career in magazine and book publishing, most recently with Brazos Press and Baker Academic.
