'La Carte Postale' Awarded First Annual U.S. Goncourt

Anne Berest's book La carte postale has been awarded the first annual Choix Goncourt United States (U.S. Goncourt Prize Selection). La carte postale was selected from a shortlist of nine nominees. The award was announced following deliberations by a jury of students from five U.S. universities in the Centers of Excellence network. The Prix Goncourt is France's most prestigious literary prize. 

The English translation of La carte postale will soon be published in the U.S. by Europa Editions.
