TCG Appoints Erin Salvi and Kathy Sova Co-Publishers
Theatre Communications Group (TCG) has promoted Kathy Sova and Erin Salvi as co-publishers of the TCG Books program. Sova will oversee editorial decisions, book design, author relations, and contracting, while Salvi will oversee the finances and title distribution of TCG Books. They will both oversee TCG's One Million Books Campaign.
TCG Books is the largest independent trade publisher of dramatic literature in North America, with a catalog of nearly 500 titles, including 19 Pulitzer Prize-winning plays.
Sova has been at TCG for 28 years, managing the editorial and production work for TCG Books. Prior to joining TCG in 2015, Salvi was publications director at Playscripts, Inc. Sova and Salvi will work with outgoing publisher Terry Nemeth through January 2023 to manage the transition, with Nemeth staying on as publisher emeritus.
