Schaffner Press to Publish 'Fools Rush In' with Film Tie-In

Schaffner Press will release a new paperback edition of Bill Carter's 2005 memoir Fools Rush In, tied to the release of the new Paramount+ film adaptation, Kiss the Future, on May 7. Both the film and book tell a story of an underground community of musicians and artists in the 1990s siege of Sarajevo during the Bosnian War.

The announced first printing for the new paperback edition is 5,000 copies. The film, a documentary directed by Nenad Cicin-Sain and produced by Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and Sarah Anthony, will open in select AMC Theatres February 23.
