Powell’s Books Warehouse Sale Returns
Powell’s Books has announced the return of its Warehouse Sale between July 11–13 at the Industrial Warehouse in Portland, Ore. The independent bookstore’s second annual Warehouse Sale will feature more than 70,000 books across all genres, expanded shopping spaces across both indoor and outdoor areas, and food carts. Most books will retail from anywhere between $1 to $4.
Last summer, the inaugural Warehouse Sale drew more than 10,000 visitors and, in response, the bookshop plans to double the size of this year’s event. Powell’s will implement a timed entry reservation system to reduce lines, while also offering an exclusive pre-sale event for its customers and fans on the evening of July 11. Opportunities to win a pre-sale invitation will be shared across Powell’s social media, email newsletters, and in-store promotions in the coming weeks.
