Anthropic Settlement Website Goes Live

The website for the Anthropic settlement has gone live and includes claim submission forms and a searchable list of works publishers and authors can use to see if they are covered in the $1.5 billion settlement.

The website is located at www.AnthropicCopyrightSettlement.com and is managed by the Settlement Administrator JND Legal Administration LLC.

Authors and publishers whose works may be on the final Works List and therefore covered by the settlement are encouraged to visit the site and learn about their options and rights. The claims process will be open through early next year. However, rightsholders are encouraged to file potential claims as soon as practicable to leave as much time as possible to complete the full claims process for each work covered by the settlement.
