Elianna Kan to Join MMQA as Literary Agent

Elianna Kan is joining Massie McQuilkin & Altman Literary Agents (MMQA) as a literary agent. Previously, she worked at Regal Hoffman & Associates, which she initially joined to build a Spanish language literary list. Kan began her publishing career at Picador and has also served as a senior editor at the American Reader, where she edited literature in translation.

Kan’s current roster of authors includes international literary voices in several languages, as well as literary fiction and nonfiction in English. At MMQA, she will focus on voice-driven literary fiction and select nonfiction, including cultural history, political reportage, hybrid memoir, literary criticism, and biography, per an announcement.
