
Binc Adds New Board Members
The Book Industry Charitable (Binc) Foundation have announced that HarperCollins sales exec Meghan Holmes and former Borders staffer Susan Yeager have joined its board of directors.
Marketing executive Holmes began her career working at Borders’s headquarters in various marketing and operational roles. She has been involved with Binc since 2003 and served as VP of the board from 2010 to 2013.
Susan Yeager was a bookseller at Borders and served over 17 years as trainer, buyer, category manager, and inventory director. In 2007, she joined HarperCollins, where she is currently senior director of sales. She has also volunteered for Adult Literacy, New York Road Runners, and served three years on the steering committee for Greene Hill Food Co-op.
Steven Malk, a literary agent with Writers House, has completed his service to Binc.
