BIGNY to Host Adult Coloring Book Panel

The Book Industry Guild of New York (BIGNY) is inviting publishing and printing experts to discuss the explosive success of adults coloring books with a panel titled Color My World on February 9.

Panelists include publishing and printing experts who will address the popularity of adult coloring books as well as their editorial and production challenges. The three panelists are Meg Leder, executive editor at Penguin Random House; Ed Spade, senior account manager, content/acquisition at Ingram Content Group; and Jennifer Feldman, publisher at Dover Publications. Jim Milliot, editorial director at Publishers Weekly, will moderate the discussion.

The BIGNY event, open to the public for a $5 admission charge, will be held at 6:15 pm at Penguin Random House, 1745 Broadway, New York, NY. Full-time students with identification and a reservation may attend the speaking portion of the event for free.
