VIDA Announces 2015 VIDA Count

VIDA: Women in Literary Arts has released its Intersectional VIDA Count for 2015. The Count, which has been expanded from previous years, examines numbers in the literary and media communities, highlighting representation and parity in terms of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, and ability. The primary section of the count focused on fifteen major publications, including The Paris Review, The New Republic, and The Atlantic.

VIDA is a research-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing attention to contemporary women’s writing and gender equality in the literary community.
