Yankee Book Peddler, an international bookselling and distribution service to academic libraries and the research market, has launched a new media division with a variety of new Internet-based services and subsidiaries.Glen M. Secor, CFO of YBP, has been named president of Yankee Rights Management, a new unit in the new media division that will provide digital copyright management and permissions services to publishers, creators and users through its Copyright Direct software. Other Yankee Rights Management appointments include John S.
