The Association of Authors' Representatives (AAR) will be the co-sponsor, with Publishers Weekly, of the Rights Center at the 1999 BookExpo America. AAR's sponsorship at BEA is expected to give both sellers and buyers of rights more opportunities and access to a greater amount of content and rights networking.
