The world rights sale, in the mid six figures, was made by agent Bob Barnett.... Executive editor Elizabeth Dyssegaard at Ballantine won a heated auction for a book on the family entanglements of the iconic Victorian nurse, Florence Nightingale; Nightingales, by teacher/biographer Gillian Gill, was sold for a "significant" six figures, North American, by agent Jill Kneerim at Hill & Barlow.
