A public gathering in memory of Fred Marcellino, book-jacket designer and children's book author and illustrator, will be held on Friday, October 26, at 2 p.m., at Cooper Union's Great Hall, 7th Street and Cooper Square, New York, N.Y. Marcellino died July 12.
