Fifteen of the nation's most prominent writers have agreed to participate in the American Booksellers Foundation for Free Expression author auction that will take place March 27—29. The latest authors to join the proceedings are Judy Blume, Pete Hamill, Roger Rosenblatt, Michael Moore and Paul Zelinsky. Booksellers can bid on the author of their choice; the winners will meet with the authors during BEA on either May 4 or 5. Winners can bring two friends along to the 90-minute meeting and will also receive five autographed copies of the author's most recent work. The auction will be conducted through the ABFFE Web site (www.abffe.com).
