NICHOLAS ELLISON INC. Jennifer Cayea has been appointed director of foreign rights at the literary agency. She was formerly an editor in the RH audio and large-print division. While she was at RH, she acquired such titles as I Don't Know How She Does It, The Nanny Diaries and Among the Missing, which was an NBA finalist.

ATOMIC DOG PUBLISHING Charles Wilson was appointed chief executive officer. He most recently held CEO and founder-level positions at two start-up companies. Alex von Rosenberg remains chairman of the board and chief marketing officer.

HARCOURT TRADE PUBLISHERS Steve Kasdin has joined as director of marketing for the children's book division. He was associate director of marketing at Scholastic and before that was creative director at St. Martin's/Picador and at Barnes & Noble.

REAGENT PRESS Jeannie Kim was promoted to editor, with responsibility for all adult and children's fiction including the Reagent Press Signature imprint. She was associate editor.

GUIDEPOSTS BOOKS AND INSPIRATIONAL MEDIA Kathleen Carson was appointed to the new position of senior editor. She was director of editorial at Random House Value and v-p of editorial and production for BBS Publishing Corporation.

TYNDALE HOUSE James Elwell was named international and distributor accounts manager. He was director of marketing.... Mark DiCicco was named a national accounts manager calling on ABA chain accounts after years of involvement in sales, customer service, promotion and advertising.... Michael Petersen was named a district sales manager. He was previously at Multnomah Press and will be based in 11 mountain and northwestern states including Alaska.
