Riverhead executive editor Amy Hertz is moving to Doubleday Broadway, where she will head her own imprint. Hertz, who will serve as the not-yet-named imprint's v-p and publisher, won't start until July—she has, said Broadway, been splitting her time between San Francisco and New York, but will now be full-time in New York. She plans to do about 15 books per year, mostly nonfiction, ranging from health to memoir to literary nonfiction.

Hertz has had several bestsellers at Riverhead, including a number of titles from the Dalai Lama.
