KIDDE, HOYT & PICARD LITERARY AGENCY: Kay Kidde is retiring from publishing after 25 years with the agency and prior positions at NAL and Harcourt Brace Jovanovich. The agency is closing and she will be based full-time at her home in Westhampton.
