Heimbouch to HarperCollins

Hollis Heimbouch has been named v-p and publisher of Collins Business. Heimbouch, who will start on January 2, will be responsible for growing the Collins list. She arrives from Harvard Business School Press where, most recently, she was associate publisher and editorial director.

Stein Up at FSG

Lorin Stein has been promoted to senior editor at Farrar, Straus & Giroux. He's worked with such authors as Richard Price, James Wood and Denis Johnson. Stein, who joined FSG in 1998, has also written for the New York Review of Books and other magazines.

Kalian Up at Free Press

Nicole Kalian has been promoted from assistant director of publicity to associate director of publicity at Free Press.
