Stein to Head 'Paris Review'

Lorin Stein has been named editor of the Paris Review. Stein has been an editor at FSG since 1998; he replaces Philip Gourevitch, who's been at the literary quarterly for five years. Stein has edited a string of big-name literary authors, including Jeffrey Eugenides, Jonathan Franzen, Denis Johnson, and Richard Price. Gourevitch is returning to writing full-time.

Farrell Leaving Harlequin

At Harlequin, Tracy Farrell, executive editor of HQN Books and Luna, has resigned from her position after 25 years with the company. Farrell has worked closely with Tara Parsons, senior editor, over the past year, and Parsons will be transitioning into an expanded role as head of HQN Books and Luna.

Termine Up at Sage

Anna C. Termine has been promoted to senior licensing manager at Sage Publications and Corwin Press. Termine has been at Sage and Corwin for six years. Before that, she was rights manager at the Globe Pequot Press/Lyons Press.

Promos at Forever

Hachette romance imprint Forever is expanding from 36 titles annually to 48. With the growth, the following promotions take effect: Selina McLemore has been bumped up to senior editor, and Alex Logan has been promoted to associate editor. (Logan also acquires for Grand Central and 5 Spot, and will continue to do so in her new role.)
