Total sales at Penguin Group rose 1% for 2012, to £1.05 billion, although operating profit declined 12%, to £98 million.

Tracking Amazon: Dan Brown's 'Inferno' Cracks Top 10
It won't be published until May 14, but Dan Brown's Inferno jumped to #5 from #34 on Amazon's bestseller list on February 21, thanks to its cover reveal on Wednesday. The reveal had less of an impact on the Kindle edition which saw a smaller jump (#57 from #182), following the release of the cover.
