The day after S&S joined HarperCollins and Hachette in implementing new e-book agreements with e-tailers, a mixture of titles, both with agency and non-agency prices populate Amazon's top selling e-books in the Kindle store. The most notable titles in Amazon's top 10 on December 11 are three Hachette titles priced lower since the "new e-book agreements" were announced for the publisher: The Forgotten by David Baldacci is #3, The Black Box by Michael Connelly is #5, and Merry Christmas, Alex Cross by James Patterson is #8. The Baldacci and Patterson books are $11.04 and the Connelly is $12.74. Three Random House titles were also in the top 10, priced at $12.99 each, the most expensive e-books of the bunch.
