Ingram Library Teams with Rialto

Rialto, the e-book marketplace of information services provider Clarivate, has partnered with Ingram Library Services to add print books to Rialto’ offerings to libraries.

According to the announcement, librarians will soon be able to acquire print books directly from the Ingram catalog via Rialto. Rialto said the move is a response “to feedback from our library partners who are looking for print choice, flexibility, and access to a broader range of academic content.”

The agreement with Rialto is in keeping with Ingram’s efforts to broaden its commitment to libraries since the collapse of Baker & Taylor.

“We are excited to collaborate with Rialto to expand access to print content for libraries worldwide,” said Carolyn Morris, VP of Ingram Library Services, in a statement.
